Question from David Coote:

>> I honestly ask myself how can it be that there has been no resistance to getting the story out?

Response from Charles Hall 09:13 PM 12/21/2004:

I'll try to answer that question to the best of my ability. I believe that there are several reasons.

To begin with I was a weather observer and weather information is never classified. For example, throughout the Korean war, the Red Chinese and the Americans continued to exchange all hourly and other weather reports without interruption. Knowing when bad weather was coming was too important ot both sides.

As described in my books, as a weather observer, I was never part of any official "black" project such as designing a new airplane, etc., even though I held a top secret clearance at the time. Therefore, I was never officially shown any classified blueprints, equipment manuals, photographs, etc., that would have been controlled as classified material.

I, myself, never took any logs, diaries, photographs or written reports or anythng material items with me when I left the ranges - such as the beautiful violet milk bottle - Tonopah dairy 1908. (I know - the history book I read stated that Tonopah didn't actually have a dairy until at least 1928.) When I came off the Ranges I came off with only my memories.

The only classified documents that I was ever shown were my orders which stated that I was completely free to travel anywhere I wanted to in "Dreamland" (which includes areas 53 and 54 and the Desert Southwest Game Range) anytime I wanted to day or night. Those same orders also stated explicitly that nothing I did would ever be classified. The only restriction was that whatever I did, where ever I went, I had to be completely alone (i.e., no other human with me). If I took someone else with me ( I never did ) I would not be in any trouble. No one would ever even ask me about it. The person that was with me, though, would be in deep trouble and might be shot on sight. Some days it was very lonely duty performed in a very beautiful and large expanse of deserts and mountains.

Lastly, and probably most importantly, as described in Book One in the chapter "The Happy Charade," the decision to send me out there by myself and that nothing should ever be classified was made by a committee of individuals. That committee included more than just high-ranking USAF Generals and high-ranking U.S. government personnel. That commitee included the Tall White woman named "The Teacher,” the Tall White communications officer named "Range Four Harry," and several other high-ranking Tall White individuals.

The Tall Whites very carefully keep their agreements to the letter. They are very proud of this trait of theirs. If they ever discovered that the USAF Generals had intentionally broken an agreement with them, the consequences would be enormous. [Emphasis added]

The USAF Generals will do anything to maintain good relations with the Tall Whites and maintain the technology transfer.

The Tall Whites live for roughly 700 years. Keeping an agreement for a mere 40 years is quite simple for them.

Remember that the communication equipment that the Tall Whites wear allows them to tell what the USAF Generals and their guards are thinking when they meet, and the USAF Generals know this. The idea that the USAF Generals could intentionally break an agreement and keep it a secret from the Tall Whites is out of the question.

Remember also that the Tall Whites never came to teach me anything. About half of the time they came so that the Tall White children could enjoy playing where I was releasing my pretty colored balloons with lights attached. These children usually came with their mothers or with The Teacher to watch over them. If a report of that activity were classified, it would have meant that I would have had to sit down with the USAF human guards and be cross-examined regarding how The Teacher or the mothers took care of their children. Then, the next time the Tall Whites came around with their communication equipment they would have read my mind and discovered what had happened.

After reading my true accounts of how extremely touchy and sensitive the Tall White mothers and The Teacher and even the Tall White male guards were where their children were concerned, no human USAF General or US Government official would ever want that to happen. That's one of the USAF's Generals' greatest nightmares.

The Tall White mothers and The Teacher are extremely proud of their abilities as mothers and caregivers for the children. As Book One shows, they will break any rule for the good and enjoyment of their children.

How would your mother, for example, when you were a child, have felt if some USAF Generals had called in one of her neighbors and begun cross examining them on topics such as how well was she taking care of you? Well, wher the Tall White mothers are concerned, multiply that by perhaps 10.

They would have been upset beyond description.
